With the introduction of the new Brand Voices, managing and utilizing your brand's unique voice has become more structured and streamlined. This upgrade results in higher-quality content output, ensuring your communications align perfectly with your brand identity. The new Brand Profiles offer additional features and greater control over your brand communication.

If you’re an existing user who created a Brand Voice before this update, you might be wondering whether to migrate your existing Brand Voice to the new format. This document provides the key information to help you make that decision.


What’s New with Brand Voice 2.0?

  • Old Brand Voices
    All existing Brand Voices remain intact but will be labeled as "migration possible."
  • New Brand Voices
    Brand Voice 2.0 introduces a more structured format for Brand Voices. This new profile allows you to add Brand Values, define Brand Words, implement advanced writing rules

    How Does Migration Work?

    1. Migration Banner

    A banner will appear in the app, inviting you to migrate your existing Brand Voice. You can choose to proceed with the migration immediately, or continue using your Legacy Brand Voice without changes.

    2. Icon for migration

    Apart from the banner, you will also see an icon on old brand voices to identify that this is a brand voice which can be migrated / updated.

    3. Automated Conversion

    • Once you initiate the migration, neuroflash will analyze your existing text-based Brand Voice.

    • The AI will transfer your content into the new structured format, automatically integrating key elements such as tone, word choice, and style guidelines.

    4. Handling Custom Rules

    If your old Brand Voice includes custom rules that don’t fit into the new standard profile, they will be moved to a section called "Advanced Rules."

    • Custom rules from your old Brand Voice will be stored here. These rules cannot be edited, but can be deleted if no longer needed.

    Do I Have to Migrate My Brand Voice?

    No, migration is optional. You can continue using your Legacy Brand Voice as it is. All content generated with neuroflash will still adhere to the rules of your Legacy Brand Voice, ensuring consistency in your output.


    How Does Content Creation Work After Migration?

    Regardless of whether you use a Legacy Brand Voice or a new profile, neuroflash ensures that all relevant rules are applied during content generation:

    • Old Brand voices: The rules from your old Brand Voice remain active.

    • New Profiles: Content generated with the new features will automatically leverage the enhanced capabilities of Brand Voice 2.0.
