Termination of an existing contract
You have complete control over your neuroflash subscription, allowing you to easily manage it through your account. Here you'll find a detailed guide on how to cancel your subscription:
- To terminate your contract, navigate to the user overview in your account. Open the app, click on “My Profile” in the bottom left corner, or access your subscription overview here and scroll down to the subscription and billing information.
- Click on the "Invoices" tab as shown in the screenshot.
- By clicking the button, you’ll be directed to our payment service provider, Stripe, where you can manage your subscriptions. Clicking "Cancel subscription" will allow you to terminate your existing plan.
By the way: You can also change your subscription following this guideline.
Note: This method of cancellation will ensure that your subscription is terminated at the next possible date, and you'll continue to have full access to your subscription until the last day.
We strive to offer our customers maximum flexibility at all times. Limited contracts can typically be terminated immediately under various circumstances. If you wish to cancel your subscription right away, please get in touch with our team at magicpen@neuroflash.com.
Modifying an existing contract
You can also modify your contract at any time through your user account. This is particularly relevant when you wish to switch to a different plan.
💡Important: You can change your subscription any time, and the billing will simply be adjusted accordingly. You can find more information on this below.

- To change your contract, go to your user overview in the app. Click on “My Profile” in the bottom left corner and then on Settings, or access your subscription overview here to view our pricing plans.
- Choose a suitable plan and click "Select."

Will I get a refund?
Our commitment is to satisfy every customer, which includes a "customer first" policy. We do not provide blanket refunds. However, we encourage every customer to reach out to our team at magicpen@neuroflash.com. Decisions regarding refunds will be made on a case-by-case basis, as customer satisfaction is of utmost importance at neuroflash.
Deleting an existing account
If you want not only to cancel your subscription but also to irrevocably delete your entire account along with any created documents, you can do this through your profile in the app as well.
Here are the details:
- To delete your neuroflash account, go to the user overview in your account. Open the app and click on "My Profile" in the bottom left corner, or access your profile overview here.
- Click on “Delete account.”
- Please confirm the deletion of your account.
⚡️ Important:When you delete your neuroflash account, all data is irrevocably removed. This step is irreversible, and you will lose all your documents.
Also, the neuroflash team has no means of reactivating your profile.
Alternatively, you can contact us, and we will cancel or delete your subscription or account for you.
