Sometimes, the content generated by neuroflash may not meet expected standards or may appear inconsistent. This can occur for various reasons, which are explained in this article. We will guide you on how to resolve these issues.


Common causes and solutions

1. Brand Voice is not activated

Problem:

The Brand Voice has not been correctly activated, so the AI does not apply specific rules.

Solution:

  • Ensure that your Brand Voice is activated in the text settings. You can activate a Brand Voice in:

    • Text types

    • Chats

    • Workflows

    • Documents

    • PerformanceFlash

              ➡️ Your Brand Voice is actually being used if the correct name appears in the settings:
                     Nike - Chat - EN

  • Verify that the correct Brand Voice is selected for the specific text generation.


2. Incomplete or incorrect settings in the Brand Voice

Problem:

The Brand Voice is not sufficiently defined or contains conflicting information.

Solution:

  • Check the Brand Profile: Make sure all essential fields (Brand Words, Brand Values, Writing Style) are properly filled.

  • Run a test: Generate a short sample text and verify if the Brand Voice is applied as intended.

  • Make adjustments: Update missing or inaccurate information in your Brand Profile.


3. Conflicts between old and new rules

Problem:

Old "Legacy" rules and new profiles lead to conflicting instructions.

Solution:

  • Review old rules: Check the "Migrated Rules" section to ensure that no old rules override the new ones.

  • Test combined rules: Generate content with the new Brand Voice and observe if conflicts arise. Remove outdated rules if necessary.


4. General input issues (Prompts)

Problem:

The input (prompt) is too vague or not specific enough, leading to less consistent outputs.

Solution:

  • Use precise prompts: Clearly describe the type of content you want to create and the style you expect.

  • Use the Prompt Optimizer: Leverage the neuroflash feature to optimize input for better results.

  • Add examples: Include content examples in your Brand Profile to help the AI better understand your style.


5. Subscription limitations

Problem:

You have reached the limitations of your current subscription plan, such as for Advanced Rules.

Solution:

  • Upgrade your plan: Consider switching to a higher plan like Pro or Business to unlock more Advanced Rules.

  • Prioritize rules: Focus on the most important rules and reduce unnecessary complexity.


6. System errors or technical issues

Problem:

A technical error prevents your Brand Voice from being properly applied.

Solution:

  • Restart the app: Log out and log back into the app.

  • Contact support: If the issue persists, email us at magicpen@neuroflash.com. Attach screenshots if necessary.
