Can I change my tariff in the current month?

neuroflash always endeavors to make the app as easy as possible for customers to use. This includes account management, which is the responsibility of the user, in which they can view billing data and other information. 

I would like to cancel my contract immediately.

neuroflash offers its customers maximum flexibility. It is possible for customers to terminate restricted contracts immediately. This requires a notification to the team at magicpen@neuroflash.com.

You can terminate your contract in the user overview of your account. To do this, go to your app and click on your profile in the bottom left-hand corner and then on Settings.

Once you are in your profile settings, you can click on "Edit" under Billing information and edit your plan in your Stripe profile.

I would like to change my contract.

You can easily change your contract in your user account. To do this, please go to the app and then to your profile. 

You can now click on Settings. You will then be taken to your profile overview, where you can scroll down.
