My word quota is gone?

📝 neuroflash always strives to make the use of the app as easy as possible for customers. This includes a flexible payment plan, short notice periods without a lot of bureaucracy.

I changed my plan.
At neuroflash, every plan differs in the scope of services. This includes word quotas that depend on the plan. When changing the contract, each customer receives a different word quota and thus automatically loses his or her accumulated words. However, the quota of acquired bonus words remains unaffected. 
 
I have cancelled my plan.
At neuroflash, each plan differs in the scope of services. If you cancel your contract, you will NOT be automatically booked into another plan. To do so, please contact our team at magicpen@neuroflash.com after cancelling your contract. Accumulated words expire upon cancellation. 
 
But I still had many words!
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to credit existing word quotas in the event of a contract change or cancellation. The only exception to this is prior notification to the customer service. Only after prior email at magicpen@neuroflash.com
