What is the Brand Hub?
A new area within your neuroflash account, designed to set all the preferences so that your neuroflash content consistently matches your style and knows everything important about you and your brand. Just create your brand voice with the help of the AI, upload any kind of knowledge you have about your company or products and say hi to new quality standards of AI generated content.
What you can manage in the Brand Hub:
⭐ Brand Voices: Previously called "personalities", you can now create, manage or share brand voices centrally in the Brand Hub. The special feature: You can now activate Brand Voices for every text generation - in the text document, in our text types, in ChatFlash, in our workflows or PerformanceFlash.
⭐ Knowledge: Provide neuroflash knowledge that should be taken into account for the text creation. Upload product information, add SEO keyword lists or give neuroflash more background knowledge about your brand. Once created in the Brand Hub, you can activate your knowledge precisely for text generation, making it more intelligent and relevant than ever before.
⭐ Prompt templates: While prompt templates could previously only be created at text document level, you can now create them centrally in the Brand Hub and edit them at any time or share them with your team.

💡Good to know: If you were neuroflash user before the launch of Brand Hub, you might have used Personalities. The personalities created by you will of course be retained and are now managed as "Brand Voices". Standard personalities that we have made available are now saved as knowledge ("Skill" category) and can be activated as knowledge each time text is generated. How do I create a brand voice in the best way so neuroflash speaks my voice?
When creating a brand voice manually, we offer a template that serves as good guidance for users about how to best set up a brand voice. We recommend users to always use this template as the basis.
For automatic brand voice creation, an algorithm developed by us will create an optimized brand voice based on a text sample provided by the user. Brand voices will tell the AI to comply with the users’ rules for tonality and writing style. The goal is to create on-brand AI content. Needed information includes: General description of tone of voice (tonality), linguistic guidelines, Do’s/Rules to follow, etc.
How can I use brand voices and knowledge during text generation? Where can I use them?
Brand voices and knowledge can be activated for text generation:
- Using workflows
- Using text types (with some few exceptions)
- Using ChatFlash
- Using PerformanceFlash
When using Flash Actions for text editing purposes, brand voices cannot be directly selected but are activated on text document level whereas knowledge cannot be used for Flash Actions.
Can I use multiple brand voices at the same time?
Only one brand voice can be used at the same time for text generation.
Can I switch the brand voices and knowledge assets within one document?
Brand voice can be changed on text document level anytime. This will also automatically activate your newly chosen Brand Voice for text generation inside text-types and ChatFlash.
How to handle multilingual content I want to upload?
You have to create for each language you want to generate content in a new brand voice. This will lead to higher content quality and is also recommended from a marketing perspective. You want to have in each culture or country you are communicating a language specific brand voice.
You can upload knowledge language independent. This way we want to offer you the flexibility to upload knowledge about your product, for example only in 1 language. Later you can use this same knowledge, thus, if you generate content in other languages.
What kind of character limits for brand voices and knowledge do I have while creating them?
- Brand voice upload limit: 600 words
- Knowledge upload limit: 5000 characters
If you want to apply a brand voice or knowledge during text generation, the sum of both is not allowed to surpass 10,000 characters.
How many brand voices and how much knowledge assets can I add?
